Frank is in charge of Culture & Arts. This entails the programming of cultural events and manifestations throughout various arts disciplines. He is originally from Brussels, where he earned a Masters degree in Cultural Studies from the Vrije Universiteit.
Frank has been active in the cultural field in New York City for 10 years, first as a curator at the Dahesh Museum of Art, a museum of 19th century European academic Art, and later as Director of Visual Arts and Exhibitions Curator at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and the Newhouse Center for contemporary art.
